furnace serviced and it stopped working just as it got cold. I called the HVAC
guys we had used before, but they were too busy to help us. I found CBM here on
Kudzu and saw a few good reviews so I gave them a call. They were backed up as
well, but said that since it was getting cold, they'd see if they could swing by
that evening at the end of their rounds. Robert managed to make it by and
confirmed that we needed to replace a burnt out part. He called in the order to
have the part delivered the next day. Thank goodness he did, because it got
colder. And while he was replacing the burnt out part he cleaned out the burners
as well. That was thoughtful considerring it will help us save fuel costs when
rates skyrocket this year. Yeah, they cost a little more than the guy we used
last time, but they showed up, completed the job quickly, and went a little
farther to make us happy. If we had waited until our old HVAC guy could show up,
